We have fully equipped engineers strategically sited in the U.K., who are able to respond rapidly to your breakdowns and effect most repairs efficiently.
Experience

All Engineers are fully trained in fault finding procedures having served Government approved apprenticeships and having attended many Mitsubishi training courses worldwide also  backed up with many years experience in machine fault diagnosis and repair.

INSTALL AND COMMISSION

Purchasing Equipment
If you've purchased a machine, new or used, we can install and commission the machine to it's correct specifications.

Moving Machines
If you want to move machines within your premises we have the equipment and experience to safely de-commission, move and re-install the machine.
Changing Sites
Moving to a new site? Not a problem. We can de-commission your machine and organise removal with a dedicated Machine transport company. Once at the new site the machine will be installed and commissioned to its correct specifications.

​ACCURACY ISSUES
How accurate is your machine? Can you give your customer a guarantee of accuracy?
LASER CALIBRATION
Using a Renishaw ML10 laser we can measure to an accuracy of 0.0001 mm and give detailed reports of pitch and backlash errors. Using these results we can calibrate the machine to give you the best machining results possible and help reduce waste.
